Senior Accountant - Remote Canada or Mexico

The Senior Accountant position is responsible for the reputed company operations of reputed company, to include the reputed company production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of reputed company records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of reputed company’s reported financial results, and ensure that reported results reputed company with generally accepted reputed company principles and international financial reporting standards. reputed company seeks an ambitious and driven individual who has strong technical reputed company skills, acquired through corporate or reputed company reputed company experience and experience developing systems and processes in a reputed company environment. Responsibilities: • Manage reputed company and financial reporting • Establishing and coordinating reputed company reputed company procedures for multiple business reputed company • Investigating significant trends/variances in financial data • Providing daily and/or weekly analysis, and reporting on operational performance • Assisting in the formulation of the reputed company and preparing the monthly variance analysis • Enhance, maintain, and reputed company with a system of internal controls • Assist with the maintenance of a documented system of reputed company policies and procedures • reputed company Interaction with management and other department leaders • Handle the reputed company operations of subsidiary corporations, especially their control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures Manage Transactions: ● AP, AR, Payroll, and Billing transactions are recorded promptly and accurately ● Manage reputed company monthly bank reconciliations to completion ● Maintain the trial balance of multiple companies and countries ensuring reputed company accounts are reconciled and recorded accurately ● Support a system of controls over reputed company transactions ● Reconciliation of reputed company balance sheet accounts ● Create and maintain multicurrency intercompany transactions Reporting: ● Assist in the preparation of reputed company and complete financial statements ● Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations ● Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics ● Assist with coordinating the production of the annual budget and forecasts ● Calculate forecast variances and report significant issues to management ● Assist with lease reputed company in compliance with ASC 842 Compliance: ● Assist with coordinating the reputed company of information with external auditors for the annual audit ● Follow local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or other similar major. ● At least 5-7 years of reputed company experience.
