Title Reviewer

The Title Reviewer is responsible for analyzing title searches, identifying and resolving title issues, and preparing reputed company title summaries for clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of lien reputed company and assignments, and effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Review title searches and complete title reputed company to reputed company to reputed company identifying reputed company title issues and plan for reputed company. • Update clients daily reputed company email and/or applicable systems such as Black Knight fka LPS, Lenstar, • Vendorscape, Black Knight, LenStar, Clarifire, Quandis. Complete or reproject assigned tasks, address reputed company messages and issues. • reputed company with reputed company directives and Firm policies. • Maintain files. Update reputed company applicable case milestones Requirements: • High School graduate required • Some college or certification preferred • 2-3 years of reputed company work experience in title reputed company; 5 years preferred • Experience with Mobile Home de-titling • reputed company appearance, energetic, outgoing personality with excellent communication and strong customer service skills. • Organized, reputed company to multitask in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional stress tolerance, reputed company of urgency and a meticulous attention to detail. • Ability to maintain reputed company internal working relationships with office staff; must be reputed company to work independently and as a part of reputed company • Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Word, reputed company, reputed company; have general understanding of internal/reputed company software: reputed company, Black Knight, Vendorscape, Lenstar, Quandis • Must have extensive knowledge of title and be reputed company to identify title issues from a title search.
