Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers, responsible for creating a positive and lasting impression.   • Follow company protocols and procedures, including those related to restricted items, such as alcohol and tobacco, to ensure compliance and maintain a safe shopping environment.
  • Maintain a secure, neat, and organized cash register area, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile the cash register at the end of each shift, adhering to cash-handling guidelines to prevent loss and ensure accountability.
  • Promote blithequark's services, programs, and promotional campaigns to customers, highlighting the benefits and value that we offer.
  • Address customer concerns and issues in a professional and courteous manner, following company protocols and procedures to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive team environment, contributing to the overall success of the store.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
