About the Role

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist for blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of the organization's data. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering and updating data into the organization's database, ensuring high levels of precision and attention to detail.
  • Verifying and correcting data discrepancies to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to data protection policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance data management processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Meeting established deadlines for data entry tasks, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Utilizing SQL or database querying tools, including ETL, and applying knowledge of data modeling to support data management activities.
  • Leveraging scripting programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate data processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by verifying and correcting data discrepancies.
  • Developing and implementing data management processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance data management processes and implement changes as needed.
  • Meeting established deadlines for data entry tasks and demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Utilizing SQL or database querying tools, including ETL, and applying knowledge of data modeling to support data management activities.
  • Leveraging scripting programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate data processes and improve efficiency.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a comparable role, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in data entry and management software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong commitment to quality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with SQL or database querying tools, including ETL, and knowledge of data modeling.
  • Proficiency in scripting programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of process development methodologies and the ability to apply these principles to improve data management processes.
  • Strong PC skills, with substantial knowledge of Excel, including VBA.
  • Outside-the-box thinking and a creative approach to problem-solving.
