Reproductive Medicine Associates of reputed company (RMA of reputed company), one of the country's top fertility centers, is looking for a New Patient reputed company to work in our Manhattan office optional in a hybrid reputed company or fully remote in the states of reputed company, New Jersey, Connecticut, South Carolina and Florida only. Responsibilities • Respond to new patient inquiries and requests in a reputed company and appropriate manner. • Help callers understand the services at RMA of NY. • Schedule new patients to maximize physician scheduling. • Review patient insurance coverage to answer questions prior to coming in for NP visit. • Instruct patients on referral process if required. • Review general inquiries regarding costs of services and financing reputed company available to patients. • Collaborate with Patient Services reputed company Supervisor to follow up with new patient leads from various organizations. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in biology (or reputed company science), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or reputed company field. • Bilingual-Spanish speaking is a plus. • The candidate should be smart, outgoing, organized, and enjoy working with people.
