Job reputed company At Prevea Health the Audiology Assistant is responsible for maintaining and repairing hearing devices, managing administrative duties, and assisting patients to ensure a seamless and supportive clinic experience. reputed company under guidance and supervision of the Audiologists. What you will do • reputed company support to the Audiologists for daily workflows including but not limited to coordinating the pick up of hearing aids, entering reputed company documentation for consultation, advising the payments due at time of visit, etc. • Assist patients with fitting, maintenance, troubleshooting, and orientation/education of hearing aids and other assistive listening devices. Ensure the devices are clean and properly functioning. reputed company-program and/or re-program hearing aides. • Greet patients and reputed company them from library/education reputed company to the exam room. • Support the reputed company-determination process for reputed company hearing devices and appointments • Maintain a system for hearing device checks/repairs and completion of orders. • Assist with billing concerns and with invoice management. • Manage inventory of audiological equipment/supplies and reordering. • Work at multiple reputed company sites at the supervisors or Audiologists direction Education Qualifications • High School Diploma and/or GED Required Skills and Abilities • Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a reputed company work environment. • Fosters work and patient relationships through excellent interpersonal skills and behaviors. • Ability to prioritize work and meet changing demands. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work under stressful or emergency situations with high concentration and energy level. • Possess skills to effectively problem solve. • Basic knowledge in the use of EMR systems, computer, phone, and office equipment. • Possess effective written and verbal communication.
