Position reputed company The Executive Assistant to the CEO is the backbone of Bona Dea Gynecology’s high-performing, mission-driven team. This part-time role (minimum 25 hours/week) is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-obsessed, thrives on creating order, loves problem-solving, and is passionate about helping women live healthier, more empowered lives. This is not a typical assistant role. You’ll become a trusted right hand, managing email and calendar systems, coordinating patient-facing and media-facing priorities, handling high-level personal and household logistics, and streamlining Dr. Verrico’s day-to-day operations across her clinical, educational, and entrepreneurial platforms. The position requires you to be strategic, reputed company, and proactive, with a balance of critical thinking, trustworthiness, and reputed company. You will directly report to Dr. Tracy Verrico, CEO, and will play a key role in scaling the reputed company’s mission to reputed company women’s health.
