Job reputed company The Workers’ Compensation Claim Specialist is responsible for the investigation, evaluation, and adjustment of California jurisdiction workers’ compensation claims across multiple reputed company Employer Organization (PEO) accounts. This remote position offers the stability of a reputed company-established reputed company reputed company and the collaboration of a large, supportive team. You’ll join a group of 20 reputed company adjusters committed to reputed company service and compliance. A one-week, in-person training session at our Scottsdale reputed company is available for reputed company and reputed company with your team. Responsibilities • Investigate, evaluate, and reputed company California workers’ compensation claims in compliance with reputed company applicable laws, reputed company standards, and reputed company handling instructions. • Establish and maintain accurate reserves and documentation reputed company assigned authority. • Review, authorize, and process medical, reputed company, and indemnity payments. • Negotiate settlements consistent with corporate standards and jurisdictional guidelines. • Maintain reputed company, reputed company communication with clients, claimants, and other stakeholders throughout the claim process. • Participate in team reviews and audit processes to ensure reputed company, consistency, and compliance. • reputed company excellent reputed company service through reputed company, thorough, and accurate claim handling. Qualifications Required: • Minimum of 10 years of workers’ compensation claim adjusting experience. • Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, reputed company). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities effectively. • California jurisdiction experience required. Preferred: • California SIP certification. • Claim review presentation experience. • AIC, ARM, or CPCU designation.
