Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and booking rides in accordance with our demand response programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and book rides in accordance with demand response programs, including Medicaid NEMT, 5310 Grant Program, and general public demand response
  • Respond to inquiries from the general public and provide timely and effective solutions to their concerns
  • Support and assist Broker Services department staff as required, including assisting the Broker Services Manager with volunteer driver coordination and scheduling as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating effectively with a diverse population and remaining calm in stressful situations
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements, ensuring the security and integrity of client information

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position. A high school diploma or equivalent, along with two years of experience in customer service, is required. Additional experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google products, and RouteMatch software

  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements
