Job Brief:
As an Entry-Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat conversations with our clients. Your primary objective will be to connect our site visitors with our reputed company-based professionals who will then work on booking them for an in-person consultation. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions

- Typing speed of 60+ words per minute
