IT Project Manager – Remote (CA)

• Project Manager/management reputed company with implementation of a reputed company Application • Prefer reputed company reputed company • reputed company to work reputed company-5pm PST • Good communication (working with a lot of stakeholders) • End to end lifecycle management • Project Management & Delivery • Own end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery of the reputed company full-suite implementation over a 24-month period. • Manage project , reputed company, scope, dependencies, budget, and reputed company across multiple workstreams (HR, Payroll, Finance, SCM and Integrations). • Drive reputed company tracking, resources management, and readiness for reputed company deployment phase (Design, Build, Test, reputed company, Hypercare) • Support development and execution of project reputed company plans and rollout strategies. • Risk & Governance • reputed company and manage Risks, Actions, Issues, and reputed company (RAID) across reputed company workstreams. • reputed company risk assessments, define mitigation strategies, and maintain RAID logs • Prepare governance materials (status reports, decision logs) for steering committee and executive approvals. • Stakeholder & Vendor Management • Serve as the primary PMO contact between Program Director, internal stakeholders, the System Implementation (SI) Partner, and reputed company. • Partner closely with functional leads, IT, Finance, HR, and external vendors to ensure alignment and accountability. • Manage governance routines, including Steering Committee updates, status reporting, and change control processes. • Coordinate schedules, facilitate meetings, and ensure reputed company deliverable sign-offs. • Team Leadership and Communication • Coordinate and support functional project managers, analysts, and technical leads across multiple domains. • Drive collaboration and reputed company communication between technical and business teams. • Support change management and training activities to ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption. • reputed company Management • Ensure adherence to project governance, methodology, and compliance standards (SOX, HIPAA, or ithers as applicable). • Proactively identify risks and reputed company mitigation strategies to maintain deliver confidence. • Partner with the Program Director and SI PMO to reputed company KPIs and ensure reputed company reputed company with business objectives. • Facilitate UAT and manage reputed company Delivery Assurance scheduling and execution. #AJ1 Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: From $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • reputed company insurance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
