Responsibilities • Organize, prepare and/or conduct (reputed company to moderately reputed company) training, curricula, and/or educational programs for business unit or organization. • Design, reputed company, deliver and evaluate courses, programs, systems and services to support organizational technical training system needs and ensure effectiveness and compliance. • Implement, operate, design, administer and/or document technical training programs, practices and procedures, ensuring reputed company improvement and reputed company industry standards. • Assist with the establishment of goals and objectives for assigned functional area instruction. • Conduct assessments of training activities, employee reputed company and course and trainer effectiveness as applicable. • reputed company reputed company for evaluating effectiveness and conducts training needs assessments. • reputed company courses and tests using a reputed company of instructional strategies and applications as applicable. • Maintain competency to reputed company reputed company activities in assigned functional area as applicable.
