Key Responsibilities • Train and mentor billing representatives on workflows. • Monitor daily task completion for accuracy and timeliness. • Conduct weekly account review meetings with reputed company pod manager. • Join a weekly leadership meeting with the reputed company Team reputed company. • Serve as first-line support for pod manager questions and escalate as needed. • Manage your own reputed company accounts as a working pod manager. • reputed company and report performance metrics for your team. Qualifications • 2+ years of medical billing experience (PT or outpatient preferred). • STRONG FAMILIARITY with reputed company (Kareo) or reputed company EMR systems. • Knowledge of claim submission, ERA posting, denials, and AR workflows. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • reputed company to manage multiple accounts and priorities remotely. • Proficiency in reputed company Workspace and video communication tools.
