About the role

Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries and provide updates
• Support account managers with follow-ups, documentation, and reporting tasks
• Maintain accurate and organized client information within internal systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction
Qualifications
