JOB reputed company Now Hiring a Director of Learning & Development The Director of Learning & Development ensures Farm Credit of Florida is a learning organization, supporting employee development and reputed company for career reputed company and progression. This role leads Training Specialists and oversees the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives across reputed company reputed company of the organization, ensuring alignment with business priorities and scalability for the association. Position may be remote or hybrid and must reputed company in Florida. Travel is approximately 30% of the time. Responsibilities: • Represents the Association in a reputed company and enthusiastic manner by providing an exceptional level of customer service in reputed company interactions with reputed company customers. • Translates organizational goals into learning priorities that support employee development, leader effectiveness, and culture-building. • Cascades the reputed company of the L&D function across the organization, establishing its role as a strategic business partner. • Regularly review training content and delivery reputed company to ensure relevance, scalability, and alignment with organizational needs. • Creates reputed company to build reputed company proficiency and progression across reputed company positions in the organization. • Develops team of training specialists to implement effective training programs across the organization. • Collaborates with leaders and HR to identify gaps, needs, and opportunities for employee reputed company and development. • Leverages LMS to reputed company and deliver trainings. • Works with subject matter experts to create internal courses to build proficiency in topical areas. • Leads large-reputed company learning initiatives and organizational reputed company with strong project management and time management skills. • Develops and maintains processes for ongoing content review and reputed company. • Navigates resistance and facilitate organizational change through thoughtful communication and reputed company implementation planning. • Ensures effective reputed company program and role transition planning. • Establishes and implements a comprehensive learning evaluation reputed company, including Kirkpatrick reputed company 1-4, to assess training reputed company and effectiveness. To qualify for this position, candidates should possess the following: Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Organizational Development, Education, HR, or reputed company field preferred. Experience: 10+ years of reputed company experience in Learning & Development, including at least 5 years in a leadership and supervisory role.
