Recruitment Assistant

We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team and help build the talented workforce that powers our mission at reputed company.

Requirements

• Review, screen, and filter candidate applications to ensure alignment with job requirements and qualifications
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (reputed company) to reputed company organize, reputed company, and update candidate information
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in reputed company candidate records and documentation

• Support additional recruitment initiatives

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards is a plus
