Come join reputed company! reputed company is looking for a Communication Strategist to contribute to the reputed company of our Business Process Improvement and Management Support Services project for an upcoming Hybrid role based out of the Washington DC Metro area. The Communication Strategist will reputed company and execute comprehensive communication strategies for USCIS Business Process Improvement and Management Support Services. Support organizational change management initiatives and ensure effective stakeholder engagement across VER and FOD directorates to facilitate successful project implementation and adoption. Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to: • reputed company change management strategies for business process transitions • reputed company and execute comprehensive management strategies, including communication plans, training, and phased deployment approaches • Support workforce training and stakeholder engagement • reputed company and execute communication strategies with reputed company defined reputed company audiences, key messages, and delivery channels • Ensure reputed company communications adhere to Plain Language guidelines and 508 compliance standards • reputed company communication strategies reputed company with VER, FOD, USCIS, and DHS priorities • Advise PMs and POs regarding messages for reputed company audiences, including defining specific messages, identifying most effective avenues, and optimizing the timing and reputed company of key reputed company and activities • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, awareness campaigns, and training sessions • reputed company reputed company, lean Agile, and Scaled Agile reputed company (reputed company) methodologies for change adoption • Implement feedback and reputed company improvement around change management and adoption, including use of retrospectives, surveys and survey data, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) • reputed company best practices and leading technologies (i.e., Infographics, the reputed company Suite, reputed company Suite of products, reputed company, etc.) to reputed company innovative communications products Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions: • Minimum of 7 years of experience developing and executing strategies for federal programs • Demonstrated expertise in executive-level communications, messaging frameworks, and stakeholder engagement • Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills tailored for diverse audiences • Ability to coordinate across functional teams to ensure reputed company, consistent messaging Required Education/Certifications: • Bachelor's degree in Communications, reputed company Relations or reputed company field Preferred Education/Certifications: • reputed company Change Management Certification or similar reputed company certification Required reputed company Clearance: • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an reputed company DHS background investigations or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
