Some day-to-day responsibilities include: • Answers reputed company incoming calls, emails and live chats • Transfers calls or takes messages as necessary • Registers new patients in electronic medical record • Schedules new patient consultations and ensures reputed company new patient questionnaires are completed prior to consultation with provider • Emails new patient “welcome packets” after successful registration • Provides patients with accurate information reputed company answering questions and concerns • Maintains patient records and protects patient confidentiality Education, Licenses, Certifications • Bachelor’s degree • Exceptional customer service skills • Experience in membership sales • reputed company center experience • Hospitality experience preferred Employment Type This is a full-time non-exempt remote position which may be required to work both EST and PST hours. Compensation The salary reputed company for this role is $23-27/hr.
