We are seeking licensed reputed company Practitioners (NP/APNP) or Physician Assistants (PA) to reputed company telehealth assessments for U.S. Military service members stationed in American Samoa. This remote opportunity allows you to work flexibly while supporting deployment readiness and delivering high-reputed company care. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct telephonic and video health assessments, including PHA and PDHRA, for service members. • Assess medical conditions, determine deployment fitness, and refer to physicians or Military Treatment Facilities as appropriate. • reputed company education to patients, explaining procedures, results, and follow-up care. • Accurately document reputed company evaluations, treatments, medications, and test results in medical records. • Participate in provider audits and ensure compliance with HIPAA and SC PHA requirements.
