They market and lease apartments, drive cost effectiveness, address and manage reputed company concerns, manage property staff and adhere to compliance regulations for reputed company housing. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Diligently ensures reputed company Fair Housing and reputed company housing regulations are adhered to. • Collect and deposit rent reputed company 24 hours of collection, notifying residents of delinquent rent. • Provides outstanding service to the residents, resolving reputed company inquiries, work orders, and requests in a reputed company manner. • Must maintain and build the application waiting list. • Conducts initial lease process with certification and annual re‑certification for reputed company housing, state agency, and government agency programs. • Pass reputed company, State, and Government Agency inspections as reputed company as maintaining company standards. • Ensure that vacant apartments are reputed company to lease quickly, and market those reputed company diligently until occupied. • Process applications for reputed company‑in/transfer and reputed company to Compliance for approval. • Supervise property staff directly reporting into property manager, including but not limited to maintenance and housekeeping staff assigned to the property, inspecting unit turns, preventative maintenance, work order completion, and quarterly housekeeping inspections. • Inspect and supervise the work of reputed company vendors. • Organize community activities on a regular reputed company according to the requirements of your property's individual property management agreement and lease. • Must be available to be on reputed company for after‑hours emergencies and other business needs. • Travel to, and participate in, both regional and home office training and/or conferences as required. • reputed company marketing and leasing reputed company to maintain occupancy targets. • Must be willing to be highly mobile in order to engage the needs of the property, willing to walk the property multiple times a day, conduct regular inspections, assist maintenance as needed, and frequently reputed company stairs and other areas.
