Sr. Manager, Aetna B2B Writing (Healthcare)

As a key member of our Aetna B2B Marketing team, you'll leverage your exceptional writing skills to craft compelling content that drives business results and elevates our brand voice. In this strategic role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing strategists, designers, and external agencies, to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that showcase our Commercial, Group Medicare, and Medicaid offerings. Your expertise will span multiple channels, including print, digital, web, and video assets, ensuring seamless execution and brand consistency. Your success will be driven by your ability to distill complex healthcare concepts into clear, concise, and impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences. You'll inspire creative thinking, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain the highest standards of quality and brand integrity. Key Responsibilities: • Develop strategic writing concepts and execute cohesive marketing projects that align with Aetna's vision and business objectives • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals and address concerns or issues that may arise • Write creative, effective copy that meets project specifications and brand guidelines • Ensure compliance with branding, operational, legal, and regulatory mandates • Proactively identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and improvements Requirements: • 7+ years of creative writing experience in a healthcare-focused environment, preferably health benefits marketing • Employee benefits knowledge and experience • Proficiency with AP or Chicago Manual of Style • Experience with collaboration and teamwork within creative teams and across organizations • Strong knowledge of brand, style, and consistency standards What We Offer: • Competitive pay range: $82,940.00 - $199,144.00 • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, 401(k), and employee stock purchase plan • No-cost programs for wellness, counseling, and financial coaching • Flexible work schedules, family leave, and dependent care resources CVS Health is committed to fostering a workplace where every colleague feels valued and empowered to thrive.
