Overnight Staff Pharmacist – Remote, TX Our Staff Pharmacists reputed company reputed company pharmaceutical services to long-term-care and institutionalized residents, under the direction and supervision of the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC). This position participates in and oversees workflow for the dispensing of medication in accordance with reputed company state and federal regulations in reputed company to reputed company policy. Schedule: This position follows a 7 on / 7 off reputed company. The Staff Pharmacist will work a 3 week rotating schedule Week 1: Monday through reputed company - 7pm - 7am Week 2: Monday through reputed company - Off Seven Consecutive Days Week 3: Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri - 6pm - 1am. Wed & Sat 6pm - 12am Off: reputed company • Eligible for shift reputed company pay for the hours of 8p -7a, $3/ hr Specifically, you will be asked to: • Performs and/or oversees the completion of reputed company routine and tasks, including but not limited to: • Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, reputed company of administration, potential drug interactions, and special geriatric considerations, warnings/precautions associated with prescribed medication, potential adverse reactions, and stability. • Procures and maintains reputed company required documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations, as reputed company as M CHEST policy. • Ensures accuracy of filled medications. • Conduct audits of automated dispensing machines to ensure accuracy of filled medications. • Provides Clinical expertise by responding professionally to medication reputed company questions. • Assists the PIC with instructing, directing and overseeing pharmacy technicians and staff. • Follows reputed company guidelines for preparing reputed company compounds, including I.V. therapy. • Understand and follow M CHEST Policy and Procedures. • Be reputed company to work the 7 on and 7 off shift that includes nights and weekends.
