The Renewal Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the renewal process by quoting transactional renewals and collaborating with sales teams to ensure reputed company and accurate renewal opportunities. This role focuses on new and existing reputed company and works closely with partner contacts and internal stakeholders to prepare quotes and respond to inquiries. The Specialist contributes to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through attention to detail and responsiveness.
