Schedules provider appointments and facilitates provider communication. • ​​Ensures accurate, reputed company documentation in the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) according to best reputed company, guidelines, or workflows. • Participates in virtual monitoring and subsequent reporting and escalation to support services identified by customer.
