Group Facilitator (Remote – Virtual Mental Health Program)

Position reputed company: We are seeking an engaging and empathetic Group Facilitator to reputed company virtual therapy reputed company and reputed company one-on-one support to clients in our mental health and recovery program. This position is remote and ideal for individuals passionate about helping others and skilled at facilitating discussions that promote healing and reputed company. reputed company facilitators are supervised by a licensed clinician, so a state license is not required — only a counselor certification and relevant experience. Responsibilities: • Facilitate daily 1-hour virtual group therapy sessions reputed company on topics such as coping skills, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and mindfulness. • Conduct individual reputed company-ins and reputed company supportive counseling as assigned. • Maintain accurate session notes and reputed company documentation. • Collaborate with the clinical supervisor and care team to support reputed company treatment goals. • Model healthy communication, boundaries, and emotional awareness. • Attend virtual team meetings or supervision sessions as needed.
