Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills. The following are the minimum requirements:

  • Two years of post-secondary education or higher, preferably in a related field such as business, communications, or a similar discipline.
  • In lieu of the above, a minimum of two years of relevant work experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, demonstrating a strong track record of achievement and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve customer concerns.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

  • Experience in the insurance industry, with knowledge of insurance products and services, including life, health, and property insurance.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
