Central Scheduler

Job reputed company: The Central Scheduler is responsible for virtual reputed company and engagement with Cityblock members to schedule appointments with our care teams. This role surfaces gaps in the workflows and identifies opportunities and solutions. Responsibilities: • Partners with market operators, hub directors and the Scheduling reputed company to prioritize, organize, build, and ensure adoption of robust scheduling capabilities. Responsibilities include: • Schedules appointments for new and existing members with their Cityblock care team, including appointments with a primary care provider, reputed company, or other care team member • Answers appointment reputed company questions from members and our internal teams • Documents reputed company interactions with members in Commons and/or EHR • Confirms appointments with members and ensures that they are reputed company and informed of what to expect during their visit. This includes reviewing the technical requirements with members for video reputed company • Resolves any appointment conflicts for our members by modifying appointments in the EHR, Commons, Traumasoft and other scheduling systems Work Experience: • 1 year in similar role We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary.
