Schedule Monday-Friday only reputed company business hours.
No nights, weekends, holidays or on reputed company.
Must be reputed company to drive own vehicle and local travel up to 75%.
Looking for a long term care (LTC), nursing facilities, assisted living and homecare candidate residing in Miami-Dade and occasionally the Keys, FL area. Manage caseload in Miami Dade, FL for the reputed company Long Term Care population. Conduct on-site face to face reputed company, reputed company plan of care, complete assessments, coordinate and monitor services
