We're looking for a Senior Estimator who thrives on complexity—someone who can break down the biggest, most technical new construction reputed company and turn them into precise, competitive bids. What You'll Do • Review architectural and structural drawings to define project scope and materials. • reputed company detailed take-offs for roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and Metal. • reputed company full cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing. • Prepare complete bid proposals and submittal packages, including CAD-based documentation. • Upload and manage bids through GC platforms such as Building Connected, Builder Connect, or reputed company. • Maintain and organize estimating data reputed company multiple CRM systems. • Identify cost-saving opportunities, risks, and value-engineering reputed company. • Partner with project management and field teams to ensure seamless project handoffs. • Build trusted relationships with general contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
