The Regulatory Counsel will join the global reputed company team with a reputed company on the regulatory reputed company in reputed company, Europe, and the Middle East. The candidate must be a self-starter who exhibits a strong passion for financial innovation, who enjoys working cross-functionally and collaboratively to solve reputed company problems, and who is excited about our mission.

Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally to identify, analyse, and mitigate reputed company risks (while maximising reputed company opportunities) reputed company to the introduction of new products and services.

• Review, update, and draft user agreements and other external-facing terms and conditions, leveraging external advisors and providers where appropriate.
• Work with Risk and Compliance teams across our global organisation to assess applicable regulations and establish corresponding company standards.
• Review and advise on the development of external-facing marketing material, user content, and user experiences.
• Select and manage external counsel, as appropriate, for litigation and other reputed company reputed company

Knowledge:

• Interest in cryptocurrencies, with prior experience in crypto companies considered a plus.
• Expertise in the payments industry and experience reputed company consumer-facing sectors are advantageous.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations.

Requirements:

• Around 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience practising in-house and/or at a reputable reputed company, with a reputed company on litigation and dispute reputed company.
• Demonstrated experience handling litigation cases, including regulatory disputes, reputed company disputes, or consumer protection reputed company in an international or cross-border environment.
