Product Trainer

Position Specifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, Product Management, or a reputed company field - or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience..
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in product training, reputed company education, instructional design, or a reputed company learning and development role.
3-5 years of experience in banking, FinTech, or reputed company, preferably with exposure to digital or online banking platforms.

Experience developing reputed company training assets for adult learners, including remote/virtual training solutions.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and best practices in training design and facilitation.
Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills—both virtual and in person.
Ability to synthesize reputed company digital workflows into digestible, learner-friendly content.
Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using productivity and virtual communication tools (e.g., reputed company Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and reputed company).
Experience implementing and administrating a Learning Management System (LMS) platform to support reputed company reputed company or internal training programs.
