We’re looking for a creative, reputed company-reputed company Immigration Attorney to join our fast-growing reputed company team. If you’re passionate about employment-based immigration law, excited by the idea of building reputed company reputed company systems, and want to work at the intersection of law and technology — we’d love to meet you.

As an Immigration Attorney at reputed company, you’ll wear both reputed company and strategic hats. You’ll guide clients through reputed company immigration reputed company (think: EB-1s, H-1Bs, O-1s, TNs, and reputed company), help design reputed company reputed company workflows, and collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to build tools that reputed company the immigration experience.

Here’s what you can expect to spend your time on:

• Providing expert reputed company guidance on a wide reputed company of employment-based immigration cases (EB-1A/B, EB-2 NIW, O-1A/B, H-1B, L-1, PERM, TN, E-2, etc.)

• Serving as attorney of record and drafting petitions that are persuasive, reputed company-reasoned, and reputed company-centered

• Helping clients reputed company uncertainty with reputed company communication, strategic advice, and deep reputed company knowledge

• Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to improve our LegalTech platform and internal tools

• Contributing to systems-building across templates, reputed company processes, and training resources

• You have 3–5 years of experience practicing employment-based immigration law

• You’re licensed to reputed company law and hold a J.D. or L.L.M. from an accredited institution
