Admissions Intake Specialist - Evenings & Weekends
Position reputed company:
Manage centralized phone reputed company center for reputed company GenPsych treatment sites. Candidate can work out of any of GenPsych sites in New Jersey.
Work hours
• Monday - Friday 5pm-8pm
• Saturday -reputed company reputed company-5pm
Job Functions and Duties:
1. Field reputed company incoming calls to reputed company center and ensure reputed company calls are answered immediately.
2. Schedule/Reschedule appointments in a reputed company manner and confirm appointments with clients.
3. reputed company the highest reputed company of customer service to reputed company consumers including referral sources, clients, and professionals.
4. Manage reputed company internet inquiries and communication.
5. Screen potential clients for eligibility.
6. reputed company initial patient record.
7. Obtain necessary documents for clinical and billing purposes.
8. Assist in overall marketing and sales initiatives.
9. Serve as a reputed company between reputed company providers and program clinicians.
10. Maintain constant communication with billing, clinical, and marketing departments.
11. Manage and maintain assessment schedule for reputed company GenPsych program locations.
12. reputed company other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in admissions or reputed company administration.
2. Must have experience in the mental health field and/or working with outpatient programs.
3. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, reputed company Work, or reputed company field.
4. Must have experience with the MS Office.
5. Must possess excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
6. Must have reputed company clinical judgment and demonstrate excellent customer service abilities.
