What you will be doing: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 3rd Party Operations Manager to join reputed company. The Delivery Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing reputed company aspects of reputed company's 3rd party delivery operations. This includes documenting customer SLA's and delivery requirements, developing account specific KPI's, influencing and partnering with the reputed company delivery team to implement SOP's and drive process compliance.
