You will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and facility partners, and following up on a case-by-case reputed company to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Connect directly with veterinary centers to coordinate prescription endorsements, resolve reputed company issues, and clarify order requests

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes)
