**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our Transportation Examination group in analyzing and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions. You will work with our clients to explore billions of data points, identify trends and patterns, and develop insights that drive business growth. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**
* Work with large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into a single table
* Design and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
* Develop and maintain expertise in SQL, Python, and other programming languages to automate tasks and improve efficiency
* Archive and document processes and insights to share with colleagues and stakeholders
* Mentor and guide colleagues to develop their skills and expertise
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
* High-level experience in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with online business operations or package transportation operations
* Experience with Python or other programming languages
* Experience with data control tools such as Knime, Alteryx, R, or Tableau Prep
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
* Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
* Experience with data governance and data quality tools
* Certification in data science or related field
