**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Investment Protection Center**

**About This Role:**
We're seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team in the Investment Protection Center within the Wealth and Investment Management Division at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve clients with brokerage accounts over the phone, acting as a front-line problem solver and addressing customer concerns with empathy and expertise. This is a challenging role that requires a broad scope of skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Work in a contact environment to promote products and financial services
* Provide initial problem resolution by identifying opportunities for customer service improvement and proposing strategies to resolve internal and external customer issues
* Work hard for customer support, managing risks by following all policies and procedures and staying informed of changes
* Advise on digital services such as online submission of declarations and other documents, electronic signature documents, and other digital opportunities
**Eligibility Criteria:**
* Two or more years of customer service, financial services, or equivalent experience demonstrated by one or more of the following: employment, training, military, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
* In-depth industry knowledge and extensive research to resolve complex client questions
* Effective verbal, written, and personal communication skills
* Ability to monitor multiple computer windows, applications, and use search tools to find information
* Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders and customers
* Basic Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to resolve computer problems
* Ability to negotiate digital improvements to deliver a better customer experience
* Brokerage experience
* Knowledge of investment terminology
* BS/BA degree or higher
