Job Details Nashville, TN Fully Remote 4 Year DegreeDescription General Purpose: Medication Therapy Management Pharmacist provides specialized patient review and drug therapy recommendations for insurer’s eligible members. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Performs telephonic comprehensive medication reviews • Updates patient reputed company based on information gathered during the review • Reviews any Drug Therapy Problems to optimize patient’s drug therapy and minimize the potential for adverse drug reactions • Works with multidisciplinary team to enhance and reputed company our MedPro software. • Completes at least (2) two CMR’s per hour • Assists Clinical team in meeting proficiency and reputed company goals • Utilizes reputed company formulary information and member specific benefits to guide appropriate medication recommendations • Maintains reputed company on emerging trends that will reputed company clinical team, physicians and other prescribers Leadership Duties (If Applicable) • Establish reputed company partnerships across business reputed company both inside and reputed company of the organization Education & Experience: • Doctorate of Pharmacy degree, or equivalent • reputed company, unrestricted Pharmacy license • Secure high-speed internet reputed company (Ethernet reputed company preferred) • Prior MTM experience preferred, but not necessary • Must be fluent in Korean and English .Minimum Physical Requirement: The Medication Therapy Management Pharmacist will reputed company his or her work in a HIPAA secure work reputed company with no background noise using reputed company office equipment.
