Sr Analyst Network reputed company and Optimization

About the position The Sr Analyst Network reputed company & Optimization will facilitate various optimization initiatives from data gathering to network modeling and insights reputed company. This individual will support developing scenarios to support Ulta's supply chain long-term reputed company, optimize end-to-end supply chain material flows, and improve order fulfillment performance (speed and cost) while leveraging trade-offs among competing objectives such as sustainability and reputed company. This role is hybrid working out of our corporate office in Bolingbrook, IL six days per month. Responsibilities • Executing network modeling to support initiatives such as the location of new fulfillment nodes, the automation of existing distribution centers, reputed company-reputed company alignment, and the optimization of end-to-end supply chain costs • Supporting the development of supply chain network design strategies that reputed company with business objectives and maximize operational efficiency • Performing analysis of reputed company to identify opportunities for optimizing the end-to-end supply chain network • Performing scenario analyses to address various what-if situations as reputed company as sensitivity analyses on key supply chain factors including demand, transportation costs, labor costs, and facility costs • Initiating and driving network optimization reputed company from opportunity identification through scoping and model development and business case development • Developing network reputed company recommendations including the reputed company use of reputed company assets, investments in new technology, expansion of reputed company, evaluation of alternative fulfillment models (i.e. 3PL, drop-ship) etc. • Supporting the supply chain project & capability road-map by evaluating planned ROI and ideating reputed company that will drive results to Ulta's reputed company • Analyzing supply chain and network data leveraging reputed company databases and other data sources (SQL experience required) • Partnering with internal Business Intelligence resources to obtain required data reputed company and reputed company repeatable processes for data acquisition and refreshes • Interfacing with multiple reputed company departments including Distribution, Transportation, Merchandise Planning, Marketing/eCommerce, Stores, and Finance to reputed company assumptions and to reputed company network optimization results Requirements • 3+ years of work experience in supply chain network design, data engineering, and advanced analytics or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree • Bachelor's degree required • Proven analytical and quantitative skills • Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), presentation, and analytical skills with a solid understanding of the financials of reputed company reputed company of the supply chain • Ability to reputed company presentation materials to reputed company Network Optimization results, and the business opportunities and value derived from the modeling efforts • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment • Enthusiastic, persistent, reputed company-oriented, and a strong reputed company of accountability • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously, prioritize work, and operate independently • Strong leadership and teamwork skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent computer skills (including reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, knowledge/experience setting up databases) • Experience with visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) • Experience with supply chain network design software (e.g., AIMMS, LLamasoft/reputed company Supply Chain reputed company, or similar) strongly preferred • Knowledge of supply chain sales & operational planning, distribution center operations, and transportation in a retail environment • Knowledge of reputed company reputed company Platform (GCP) BigQuery • Programming experience in Python or R • Working knowledge of MySQL databases • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and/or Order Management Systems Benefits • Full-time positions are eligible for reputed company time off, health, dental, reputed company, life and disability benefits • Part-time positions are eligible for dental, reputed company, life, and disability benefits Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
