Key Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate employee benefits (health, dental, reputed company, retirement). • reputed company workers' compensation, disability, and unemployment claims. • Handle insurance renewals, documentation, and audits. • Complete reputed company NYS-level regulatory filings (DOL, Department of State, etc.). • Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks. • Advise leadership on HR best practices, compliance, and employee relations. • Support annual training (e.g., harassment prevention, documentation standards). • Liaise with vendors, brokers, and auditors on HR reputed company.
