Job reputed company Job reputed company Job Posting: MTM Pharmacist (Remote – Must reputed company in HI, TX, IL, FL, or PA) Start Date: January 12, 2026 Work Environment: • Fully Remote (WFH)– Must reputed company in HI, TX, IL, FL, or PA • Must hold an reputed company, in-good-standing pharmacist license in your state of residence • Must have a dedicated, quiet, distraction-free workspace (HIPAA compliant) • Must be reputed company to hardwire into your modem (ethernet cord + reputed company protector required) Schedule • Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift starting between 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM CT • Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CT (approx. 2 weeks) Position reputed company The MTM Pharmacist provides telephonic Medication Therapy Management (MTM) to high-risk members. This role directly supports reputed company reputed company through medication reconciliation, identification of medication-reputed company problems, and coordination of clinical interventions. Pharmacists communicate with patients, caregivers, prescribers, nurses, and internal teams to optimize medication regimens based on nationally recognized guidelines. Training includes motivational interviewing and behavioral coaching techniques to support member adherence and reputed company.
