About the Role

We are seeking an experienced data entry and live chat specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end voice of the customer technique, including the layout and programming of customer experience surveys, which include over 40 studies translated in more than 10 languages and added in over 20 countries. You will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists, and the agile crew in technology to drive innovation and transformation in our voice of the customer method.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the new voice of the customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted by Qualtrics, our survey vendor.
• Work closely with the utility teams to outline, frame, and capture business needs, growing information of voice of the purchaser methods and leveraging the same to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone large data platform.
• Design and build a strong data model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions, allowing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions.
• Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem, powering consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software program programs, testing & builds automation tools.
• Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve best and efficiency, operating closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test the statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups, and the ability to collaborate with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

• Experience working with large data sets and analytics tools, with a strong understanding of data modeling and data architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
