Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Care Professional, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $25-$35 per hour. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from entrepreneurs and executives, understanding their needs, and suggesting the right blithequark products and services
  • Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate proper product features, benefits, and different components of blithequark Small Business Services
  • Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing deals
  • Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions regarding accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
  • Document vital record data according to established policies and procedures
  • Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules connected with servicing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

  • Customer care experience (2 years+) preferably for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven track record in a customer support and sales environment (2 years+)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with the capability to perform multiple tasks and navigate in an electronic environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Education benefits are available
  • The active hours for this position are Monday-Sunday 7:00 am EST - 1:00 am EST

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience buying or selling is an asset to work in a small business
  • This position will work in the hybrid model from our Phoenix Desert Edge Service Center. Based on business needs, training may be held 100% on-site or virtually. After the initial 90 days, competitors will work within the hybrid model
