Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, or computer science
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a tech-related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in chat software and CRM systems
