Our mission is to make more joyful lives through better health, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help us achieve this vision. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Engineer – Conversational AI and Machine Learning Operations, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying conversational AI and machine learning models that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into our cloud-based platforms and embedded systems. Your expertise in data engineering, software development, and cloud computing will enable us to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive the coordination and democratization of new technologies that acquire agility and productivity in data analysis methods * Enhance models for deployment on cloud platforms and embedded systems * Plan and develop AI models using the latest advancements * Work on NLP and AI engineering design, prototyping, QA/testing, and improving existing AI models * Maintain model variants and metadata * Develop production-level software for AI infrastructure (data pipelines, testing frameworks, model management, MLOPS) * Upgrade models for execution and versatility (for better latency and throughput) * Monitor model performance, maintenance, and investigation * Design and validation of ideas for testing the latest AI and NLP, voice handling advancements. Perform A/B testing of candidate models * Work with developers and data scientists to integrate ML models into production systems on the cloud and in embedded systems * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related fields * Uphold all undertakings in the Focus of Excellence and contribute to high-impact issues * Execute effective training methodologies and incorporate models into production systems **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field * At least 2 years of experience in conversational AI, NLP, or related field * Mastery in programming languages such as SQL, Python, deep learning, PyTorch, TensorFlow * Experience in automated deployment of trained AI models on cloud platforms * Experience in conversational AI, NLP, voice-to-text processing, speaker ID, sentiment analysis, and translation * At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team leadership experience * Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree, Ph.D., or related field in Software Engineering, Linguistics, or Cognitive Science * Experience in research, representation, and interpretation of model results * Experience with subtlety conversational AI software, conversational AI software, and voice biometrics software * Working experience with cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud/Google Cloud Platform.
