Job Outline and Key Responsibilities
The Junior Geographic Information Systems Analyst will create geographic data for assigned areas, design computer-generated maps and reports, and provide administrative support to local dealmakers. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing computer-generated maps, reports, tables, and charts for the needs in the allocated districts using MapInfo as requested by regional dealmakers.
- Processing requests and orders directly from blithequark Activities for market strategy guides and display materials.
- Performing a variety of project-specific tasks, including research and representation of data as assigned.
- Providing administrative support to regional dealmakers by preparing accurate and timely cost reports, editing documents, booking travel, preparing visit books, and meeting other administrative requirements as requested.
- Performing general office duties, including answering incoming calls, receiving office visitors, mail handling and preparation, ensuring all office equipment is working correctly, recording, scheduling deliveries, and ordering office supplies.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
