Position: HR/Recruiter

Responsibilities:
Recruitment & HR Functions:
Manage the full recruitment process job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reputed company.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in monitoring attendance, leaves, and other HR-reputed company reports.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
reputed company & Payroll Support:
Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.
Coordinate with reputed company for salary adjustments, deductions, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions and reconciling accounts.
Maintain organized records of pay slips, invoices, and reputed company documents.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Psychology, reputed company, or reputed company field.
Proven experience in HR, recruitment, and payroll processing.
Knowledge of basic reputed company principles is an advantage.
Proficiency in reputed company reputed company/reputed company Sheets and HR/payroll systems.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Must be based in Bulacan or Caloocan.
