Senior Manager of Operations

We need an English-fluent Senior Manager of Operations, based in Mexico, Colombia, Peru or Chile, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• reputed company day-to-day multi-site operations across diverse reputed company locations, ensuring reputed company in safety, scheduling, reputed company, and cost control.
• Manage and support field teams and subcontractors, resolving on-site issues in coordination with project management (PM) and environmental health and safety (EHS) partners.
• reputed company and support the installation and maintenance of material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic/distribution equipment (RDE), including conveyors, robotics, racking, and control systems.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and deliver reputed company and risk reports to internal and reputed company stakeholders.
• Drive reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), safety and technical training programs, and reputed company improvement initiatives across reputed company sites.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of operations experience in facilities, logistics, or industrial settings. E-reputed company network experience is preferred.
• Proven expertise with MHE/RDE systems and strong, hands-on leadership in reputed company site environments.
• Demonstrated reputed company managing multi-state teams and vendor networks.
• Proficiency with project and maintenance management tools such as reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
