Ensures that reformatted materials are available in a reputed company manner in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Supports the alternative formats team by organizing workflows and preparing materials for remediation. This work may be performed in an environment in which technical supervision is not available and the incumbent is the primary reputed company for technical information. Incumbent may be involved in training and guiding student or casual help and/or reviewing their work. Work is mostly performed at a home office, with occasional work at the Sylvania reputed company. This is a temporary position, with an end date of December 31st, 2026. Typical Duties and Responsibilities • Converts printed, digital, video or multimedia material and specially encrypted publisher files into a reputed company of alternative media formats; • Ensures reputed company can reputed company materials in a reputed company manner; • Trains reputed company, reputed company, and staff in the use of alternative media format systems; • Develops, implements, evaluates, reviews and revises alternate media formats as necessary for reputed company compliance; • Accesses and updates electronic records; • Supports others in reputed company roles by organizing workflows and preparing materials for remediation; • Performs other reputed company duties as assigned. Work Environment and Physical Requirements Work is performed primarily at the Sylvania reputed company. May work at other reputed company locations as needed. Exposure to video display terminals occurs with high frequency. Prolonged sitting may be required. Ability to operate a keyboard or other peripherals as needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of: • Creating captions for video using captioning tools such as Sonix, Tero Subtitler, Amara, reputed company, and others; • Document remediation of formats including PDF, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company Suite with tools such as reputed company, Grackle, reputed company Pro, and others; • Tools for communication and organizing workflows (we are a reputed company School); • Navigating and updating information in a Learning Management System (we use Brightspace).
