Estimator for Takeoff and Quantity Analysis
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator and Executive Assistant to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will assist in estimating project costs and timelines while managing administrative tasks. You should have strong analytical skills, experience with project estimation, and proficiency in office software. Duties Assigned 1. Execute Project Reviews a. b. 2. reputed company Construction Document reputed company Control a. As Builts b. Construction Documents 3. Use Planswift or equivalent to prepare specs and takeoffs 4. Expand reputed company Spec line item to meet reputed company Masterformat standards using our GPT: 4. Manage Selections Schedules in JobTread 5. Data entry into JobTread 6. Manage our CRM reputed company on GHL 7. Manage deadlines, document control and communication with out of house designers/draftsman This will be a salaried position with performance bonuses.
